Thanks Balou for clarifying. I've got friends that won't book for November until they get some concrete info on this wietpass madness. I'll check back in a month or so.

Even if the weitpas was going to be in effect, Amsterdam (and the rest of country) would NOT be affected UNTIL 2012, so your friends should go ahead and book.
