HSB vs HSB on the Markt

So, Im preparing for my next trip and like always weighing up where I want to go for my first smoke. I've always liked the vibe and the music in Hill Street Blues but I've never been to HSB on the Markt.

How do the two shops compare?

Can't say I remember hearing anything like that while there , but you never know , depends who's working on the day , well worth a visit though

yeah ill definately pop in. not gonna chance it for the first smoke though. that ones gotta be perfect.

Early in the day you're likely to hear some odd music ,at least for a Coffeeshop, at the Market .
A little Beethoven , an aria or two , bit of Louis Armstrong - Didn't know Louie did a version of "Give Peace a Chance" until one day this July ...later in the day they switched to more traditional CS music

Main difference to us would be the outdoor seating available at the Market vs the roominess /couchiness of the interior at Warmoestraat .

OMG the tunes at HSB @ Warmoestraat were the WORSE i have ever encountered in a CS.
They seemed to be playing assorted britt pop off of youtube as music, all at different volume levels, horrible horrible horrible.
Plus the place is a freekin dirty dive.
Building has so much potential, a shame.
Pretty good product though, not bad prices, i'll probobly just skip it alltogether next time though, put the money to far better use in Haarlem or at Boerjongens.

try the SSH at Warmoestraat ! definatley 1st smoke material !
