The U.K. has lifted quarantine restrictions for visitors from the Netherlands. Unfortunately they remain in place for U.K. visitors TO the Netherlands with a quarantine period of 14 days. Unlucky if you happen to live in Scotland where the infection rate is 10 ten times less than in England at present, 28 in 100,000 compared to 280 in 100,000.

Before I unfortunately interrupted myself, as well as the screening form you should have proof of booked accommodation.
