retro gaming consoles

Post by cantona7 »

anyone into "old school" video game consoles? I really enjoy busting out an older game console and playing from time to time. My friend has a bunch of old nes and snes we play sometimes. oldest iv got is a reamcast. I am thinking this Christmas may grab an old neo geo aes system if the price is right. samauri showdown. :D

Nintendo NES with Advantage, Four Score, Power Pad, Zapper, Super Scope, Super Controller, and Game Genie sitting in a trunk along with about 100 games. I play it a couple of times a year to step back into the 80's. I remember blowing in those games when I was younger to make them work

Peace

i had the genesis. my brother took it to college though and let some hippies borrow it and never got it back. motal kombat was awesome for sega..the blood code...abacabb..haha. one of my earliest video game memories is me and my brother waking up Christmas 1990 or so. I was 6 and my brother must have been 15 or 16. there was 1 gift left under the tree and it was marked for both chris and mike " we opened it and freaked out when we saw the sega logo. i remember racing to blockbuster to rent games and playing super ghouls and ghosts late into the night and talking about how awesome the graphics were haha. good times.

iv still got my dreamcast. i need to fire it up and play some shenmue and crazy taxi.

stoner/acd documentary sounds good haha. i'd participate if the game of choice was galaga. i was always horrible at donkey kong. that documentary was interesting. one of the guys breaking the record was from my area.
