Wondering if someone can help me here with "Facebook".
I'm trying to join as i need to get in contact with an ex-workmate who i know is a member.... but although i give all the details asked for, the 'wait' bar just goes through the motions, for hours, but nothing happens!! The "facebook" help web pages are.....useless.
I've had an email from "facebook" saying,"finish registering for "Facebook" ", but again when i try nothing happens!!
I'm big on 'irony' and it isn't lost on me that one of the biggest social net working sites, doesn't want anything to do with me!!.... as "Groucho Marxs" said, "..i wouldn't want to be a member of any club that would have me!!"
Thanks for any ideas!!   8) 8)

Have you tried your email account for activation code, I can't remember if you get this but most social networking sites send out an email with a link in.... Just a thought, if not then I can't really suggest anything else :?

Re read your message, if you have a email saying finish registration that to me says you still have little things to add, as it's not yet finished. I don't really know why your having problems because it's usually a piece of piss, unless your under 13yrs old and have no chance of joining

Cheers "steven", but i haven't got that far with it yet, but as you said i thought they'd send me an email to activate my account when i finally get to join!
Even tried logging in to see if it had all gone through without me noticing, but no luck!!
I've ran out of weed as well and smoking 'topboot' (possible a 'sister' site of theres!!) isn't helping my factured nerves!!
Does anyone else out there find that the 'world' just keeps kicking you in the 'gonads'!!

There is more to the story, and if it wasn't Facebook it would most likely have been something else.
Still, not good publicity for Facebook.

Just another example that supports my choice for not joining Facebook.
