Just thought id throw it out there. Been a raw bastard lately. I've been arms deep in the aul boys exploding haemorrhoids, more recently been diagnosed with PTSD over something that happened when I was 7 or so. Which took me by surprise if I`m honest.

So if I've been a bell-end to anyone I apologise.
