There have been certain batches that I sampled that were below par. They were badly flushed in all cases and dry in some of them. The effects on my throat were also pronounced (burning sensation when inhaling, irritation and puss-y flem). I usually give them a month and try again. Haven't been there for a few weeks....

I doubt they read the forum but don't sweat it. Give it a couple of months and try them again when a Hugo special day comes. And if you need a replacement budget coffeeshop, since I stopped hitting Hugo I've been getting from Papillon. Not as cheap as Hugo on a special day but if you get 5g its 15% off every time. The buds are well flushed and my throat cleared even though I didn't cut down on weed.

EDIT: It's a shame though no doubt about it. Every since Marco mentioned it a year ago I've been going regularly. Maybe their regular grower screwed up the hydro setup.

back at the end of May I took my first trip out of central Amsterdam to here. The shop look nice and nice layout with the seats. the budtender was alright but the weed was crap!

I'm sure it was SSH. wish I went to club media instead.
