thought you can't change a coffeeshop name except by buying a new license which i believe aren't being issued out anymore :?:

Just visit this place ...Really cool ...actually prefer this one than going to Boeren in West ( as they are too often out of stock  )
I've got White Russian and Super Lemon Haze . Good Stuff and lady working there was also very friendly.

Nah coffeeshops change their names quite often; what used to be Kabouter changed twice I think in the last couple of years, Hill St Blues became Greenhouse Effect, Old Church moved to one of the old Rokerij's and so on. I think you're right about licenses not being issued but that doesn't seem to restrict name changes.

Yeah judging by some of the strain/variety names on there, I'm pretty sure Boerejongens has got their green-little fingers in this (weed) pie, along with many (weed) pies. Anyone know anything to confirm on this, they definitely connected with de Bij that they've told me, but also that they "stole" the "Amsterdam Coffee" ad campaign from 2e Kamer/Dampkring-II, and those shops just happen to carry Amsterdam Genetics seeds. Also took a look at a photo of the menu from Blue Tomato in Hoorn, another shop I'd heard great things about, and the menu and prices looked strikingly familiar to Boerejongens, and now this; is BJ staging a monopolized take-over of the Dutch semi-licit cannabis trade?
