Maybe I'm wrong but does live resin mean that the bud was pressed wet or before it was dried..

Does anyone ever think that people are taking this just a little too far ??? I'm not campaigning to bring back soap bar or anything but youd need a masters in chemistry to understand some of the shit these days...anyways good night

Yes it’s hah rosin

Zushi hash rosin from Cali goes out at £90 a gram in the Uk and that’s robbery prices. Uk hash rosin hits around 70. Solvent based extracts go for anything from 40 up

180 tho! Dickheads!

Live resin is a solvent extract, processed from fresh plant material.
The "solventless" on the menu is fresh plant material, processed into fine ice hash, then heat pressed into an almost clear solventless hash rosin.

So the pressing takes away the solvent thus making it legal to sell in a Coffeyshop and healthier obviously..but surely with so much different processes it looses flavour even if it is live or fresh bud used ??

Pressing doesn’t take away solvent.

And it’s coffeeshop no y

"Family First" is run by the son of the deceased owner of Bushdoctor... while the bushdoctor coffeeshop at Thorbeckeplein still exist and have a different menu than Family First.
Ah, yeah... I meant it more as a generalisation. :D

.... Unique and eclectic menu, with pant-stainingly shocking prices.

yeah you are right :D but I had seen some nice looking bud from them in the past... my mate tried their "Familys Kush" or something like this and other strains from them and was not dissapointed by what he got and it was ok priced like around 14€/g. So it seems they have some quality at least at some times  anyway the prices for their "imported" extracts are just insane

Solvent extracts are bho like shatter wax diamonds etc

Solventless extracts are rosin, drysift and ice water hash

Hash rosin is when you take drysift or ice hash then press it to make rosin, basically it’s cleaner and more purified compared to flower rosin which is pressed flowers.

Hopefully this helps bro

Dry sift & ice water hash are definitely solventless extractions, but the term solventless was coined for rosin, not hash. So I beg to differ. It doesn't really fall under the true definition of solventless, as it is a term that describes a form of "Dabs" that are processed using only heat and pressure.

You cannot say it is cleaner and more purified compared to flower rosin. If the hash is poor quality, which tends to be the issue with most hash on menus in Amsterdam, you will get a very dark rosin. It's all about what you put in. Shit in shit out is what we like to say. :P

Anyone that wants to learn about this process should check out one of our solventless demos. 14th, 15th, and 29th this month we will be pressing at 3 different coffeeshops.

Wanna tell me why I’ve water hash is in every solventless cup around the world then?

It IS a solventless extract by the pure definition of those 2 words.
