Irish Court quashes drug conviction

He was caught with 10 bags of Amphetamine,but because the scientist who tested it only tested 5 of the bags and also didnt test for purity,then there was no way of stating that the Speed was worth more than €13,000.Apparently,if you're caught with more than €13 grands wotrh of drugs,its a mandatory 10 year sentence
This could have consequences for a lot of previous cases...
