I'd say its much lower actually... Title should read "25% in Ireland have tried Cannabis" which is what it says in the article.
25% would be a ridiculously high percentage of regular users.
I think France is about 10% and people smoke way more dope over there than they do here.

Got to agree with verticalsquare. Its got to be 'tried'. Either that or its been VERY selective research.
