Spliffy IS AWESOME! He is all about the customer. He has someone meet you in a quiet (but really convenient) place. I messed up and was waiting at the wrong area. His guy waited for 20 minutes until he finally found me. And the weed is fucking awesome. If you are coming to Turkey and need the hook up, look no further. Spliffy is your man.
