You know I'm very surprised no one does mail order from Amsterdam to the rest of the world. Even if it was some guy independently going around the coffee shops buying 5g at a time then re selling you'd think it would be worth a few hundred euros a day.

Maybe they do and they are just selective of who they deal with due to paypal payments containing personal details and a degree of trust needed so receiver don't bullshit and say it never came.
