Thai Stick

Had some very nice Thai stick a few years back and was wondering if anyone could recommend where to buy some nice strains of it in the Dam, in preparation for my trip there in a couple of weeks.

The stuff I had a few years ago was so good that even Howard Marx was wanting to swap some with me for his Skunk. Honestly!

Us Welsh are like sand - we get everywhere! 8)

As far as I know, most thai these days originates from cambodia. I've never seen any thai in Dam, most of it is full of seeds and stems, and is what I'd class as hemp. The thai sticks that come round london every now and then have few seeds (maybe 1 per gram) and smokes nicely, although a little harsh on the throat

right, this will sound silly, but in the decade ive been smoking, ive never had thai stick, and my only knowledge of some one having it was at school. is it actually what they said it was??

is it a stick, with bush weed tied/stuck to it, kinda like an ice lolly?

I think I remember seeing them on the coffeeshop menu for Mellow Yellow or the Little for €4.50.

If it was grown properly then it would be one of the best sativas you'd ever smoke.

Piccys.

ahh, the summer of 1986...our bud guy had a huge supply of thai stick....

chocolate flavor with punget sticky brown/gold buds wrapped around wooden sticks with the thinnest of string....about 5 inches long each, thickness of your thumb.....yummy....

they seem to have gotten a lot bigger over time.

The ones I see from time to time are between 2 and 3 ounces each

Wrong imo. Thai, as boner said if grown properly, is one of the most enjoyable smokes you will ever have pass through your lungs. In these day of mass produced mostly hydro, knock you the fuck out bud, it makes quite a nice change.

Agree with boner and Nial
Thai has a very enjoyable high and compared with the killer skunks and hazes around today it wont fuck your head up as much...
I love smoking a nice spliff of thai and wandering around stoned :D
