i have just ebooked a hotel room, in de pijp because of their name BED and Cofee.
i have found them on Hostelworld.com Where they say Smoker friendly.

BED AND COFEE lol If they dont allow to smoke weed in this hotel where they keep saying just in front of OCEAN.... i kill myself lol

i was a but worried about not beeing able to smoke weed...... so i call them without telling i have already booked ( we never know). And they reply that they dont care of smoking weed in room, they just ask to open window and make sur it does not smell in halls.

so i do recommend this hotel where hey close eyes on smoking weed in room

BED and Cofee
Rustenburger straat 427 NL

situated in De PijP
Good to know as I had bookmarked this hotel a while back thinking they did allow smoking, but I wasn't sure. I believe they have a nice courtyard area where you can smoke too.

Of course if you have the cash available, you can just book a room with a balcony or terrace.

Many of the smaller boutique hotels offer rooms with a balcony/terrace and will have no problem with you smoking as long as you keep it outside.

Good example: rembrandt hotel in Plantage or maltz in Haarlem

Meeting point hostel in Warmoestraat, 5 mn walk from the station.

For those who don't want to stray to far from the station and smoke in the open area at night (food & drinks available even toasties at 4am  )
Dormitories only but cheap, quiet and clean. Staff is nice
Lockers and open area open as long as the party goes on (and it's still quiet upstairs!)
Bar with alcohol if needed.View on the canal and Damrak :D

I haven't found better so far.

I tried the Winston down the street, but at 1am they kick you out if you want to smoke, (even the patio isn't allowed for some odd reasons) and rolling in the street isn't my thing.

I definitly recommand This hotel there is 4 Room in total

the room i had has 4 beds , a table with 4 chairs, it design like a nightclub with all the Light it was perfect..........

SMOKING is a must there while on your bed, BONGS are available and the landlord gaved me some weed and introduced me to all the nearest cofee shop. as well internet connection is available and if u have your own computer there is WIFI.

IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE WHO IS NOT SMOKING.

For 4 guys for 4 nights it was around 120 euro per each. Quite very cheap for the value.

You need to be ready to walk like 25 minute to get to central amsterdam. But with one or two spliff you wont care about that distance as you can visit at the same time.

I RECOMMEND IT and i am here if any question

But walking is not a problem at all, Amsterdam is so beautifull and by night even more.... and on the way to the center you go by very nice girls behind window 5 minute walk from the Hotel lol That make your walking more interesting and even more if you have a spliff with.

i am sure you wont regret you stay.

De Mallemoolen on Warmostraat allows smoking.
Stayed there in January, not particulary cheerful but very cheap for somewhere so central.
Was going to book a room when i go to dam with the missus in a couple of weeks (her first time in the city), but lets put it this way her standards are a bit higher than mine so have to look for somewhere a bit nicer.

Amstel Botel allows smoking, been there twice and never had a problem with smoking in my room. Smoking on the pier is also nice. :)
