A bit of instan coffe
Plus my secret ingredients

These are brilliant, could never eat or find a Balti out of the UK (never been to India ), such a pity...cannot beat a steaming shrimp Balti dip IMO.

Balti originates from the capital of Pakistani Britain, Birmingham, so doubt you will find it in India but I have not been there either so cannot confirm that.

Pasta tonight, my next challenge is to make my own pasta as I hate buying fresh Pasta from supermarket and can't stomach that dry packet crap.
