^ Im a BBQ king ... Worked on a grill fo 13 years cooking chicken ;) and also porch ribs ... I've got a few trick on how too make the best chicken eveeeeer!

Try this ... Tard sauce

Brun sugar
Honey
My cock sauce ( Chinese hot sauce)
Soya sauce
A bit of instan coffe ;)
Plus my secret ingredients
Z
All the sugars will hind the hot stuff ;)

I like to boil my chicken abit ...no more then 8 minute in boiling water then BBQ

These are brilliant, could never eat or find a Balti out of the UK (never been to India :mrgreen: ), such a pity...cannot beat a steaming shrimp Balti dip IMO.

Homemade veggie Pizzas yesterday.

Balti originates from the capital of Pakistani Britain, Birmingham, so doubt you will find it in India but I have not been there either so cannot confirm that. 8)

Pasta tonight, my next challenge is to make my own pasta as I hate buying fresh Pasta from supermarket and can't stomach that dry packet crap. 8)
