smokers apartment needed for august bank holiday

hope someone can help
I'm seeking a smokers apartment or hotel for me an my partner visiting in Aug 27sat untill Tues 30aug 2016
Willing to pay upto €125 a night
maximum 1.5 miles from city center
left a little late knw for my usual stays an is all booked

Whilst the amsterdam.stay apartments are nice I find them rather expensive as the price quoted is per person, not per room.
I always use airbnb and send a message to a smoker friendly apartment making sure I can smoke Amsterdam's finest before making a booking.
