Does this decriminilization effect the status of CBD? Or was it never illegal in Canada to begin with?

Canada has legalized weed. It is readily available country wide. You can even buy on a credit card.

Hemp for CBD was grown long before legalization . Decision made by judge over dry weed for Medicaid use made along time ago
“Weed is weed if it’s oil ,concentrate or made into edibles . Hence why all forms are legal
