Possible 1 night solo trip in September.

Post by Jolly »

Evening. :D

Had a great time at 420 with the crew and looking at a quick 1 night solo trip in September. Cheap hostel for somewhere to sleep, tram pass and e-bike to get around and i'll be happy. Would like to add a few more 1st time coffeeshop visits and see how Paradox is again. Not been there in years.

May do a 420 trip report in the meantime but I'd really need to think about it. Memory is a bit hazy and not many menu pics to remember what strains I smoked. :D

Brufy - this is how I normally do my solo trips now. Means I can get away 3/4 times a year if I'm lucky and hopefully keeps the total cost below £500. No cali for me. :D

I usually, or should I say used to, do two or possibly three nights, but I just can’t get the cash together these days :(

If you've not been before I highly recommend Chapiteau. I go every day when I'm in town, fill my pockets with cheap bud. Always nice white Ash. Ot looks far out on the map but it's not that far, buy n fly but there's shops like Catch 33 nearby if you want to chill, or westerpark if the weather's good. I really rate the place.

Thanks mate. Chapiteau is an old favourite. I used to stay in a little apartment on Spaarndammerstraat years ago. Have you ever been properly inside? It looks like it used to have a big smoke room.

Only been to the counter but yeah, I did wonder if it once had a smoking room. Maybe oll ask when I'm over next month.

Have you ever tried Freedom just round the corner? Had some agreeable wedding cake there a couple years back and you can sit in iirc

I like trying new places myself, I like the look of overkant hortus but never heard anything good about the product. Have you ever been la tertullia? Such a chill place. I like them old school places, few and far between these days...

I think I was in Freedom years ago but I don't remember a seating area? If you do ask Chapiteau let me know please.

I think I've been in to Overkant Hortus once but very hazy on the detail. Was in La Tertulia for the first time last year and really enjoyed the vibe, weed was decent as well.

La tertullia ? Haven’t been in there for years, I’m sure it used to be run by an older woman and her daughter. Lovely artwork on the building outside 😎
