Good stuff! Always good to see people getting ahead of me with a 4/20 thread. I'll try to get us booked soon and start the "official" thread. Before that I need to finish my travelogue from last year. So much to do, so little time!

Incidentally, what happened to everyone else's travelogues from last year? Some seemed to get off to a good start and then faded out.

Maybe a bit early to be encouraging people but I have seen a few messages here and via email from people saying they might not make it this year but hope to do so next year. My reaction to that is always, how do you know there will be a next year?

Every year I think this might be the last one and then a thread like this appears to motivate me to do it again. Some of us are getting older, though, so one year it will be the last. We never know what will happen to the world, either. Maybe Trump will start bombing Amsterdam. Who knows? So I say, if you'd like to join us, don't put it off!

Lots changed in less than a year In my situation.

Had a serious relationship for a few months that seems to have fizzled out yesterday.

I can get a round trip non stop flight cheaper than it's ever been. Exchange rate is quite poor and hotels aren't very inexpensive.

The dates I would need to go would likely have to be an 8 night stay. If I was to find some amazing hotel price I might pull the trigger and confirm.

I'm on the lookout!

Does it have to be a hotel? Could you do a clean and quiet hostel right in the centre?

Alright mate  hopefully you can make it into town and join the 420 celebrations again was good seeing you again last year. There are some good hostels around as already stated but there are also some good hotels for reasonable money. The one I normally stay in is always around the 700 mark for 6-7nights, if you book it early enough. This year though Trad AzLaker and Myself have got an apartment between us about 10 mins from the Leidesplien area which is around the same price each as the hotel that I had booked, fingers crossed you find something

I am up for doing a boat again this year if we can get the whole boat to ourselves like last year. I think we had 2 randoms on last year but a boat full of ACD around the 18 mark in total it was a good sailing 8). It shouldn't be to hard to fill with ACD pirates most probably need around 18-20 to commit to fill the boat and make it cost effective for everyone, either the Smokeboat or Buddha Lounge Boat or even charter our own boat  maybe. I think I will let someone else organize it this year though

Started my preparations - https://vapefiend.co.uk/collections/puf ... -the-proxy
£159 - a good deal I think - old spec (like me!) - no Bluetooth (yippee). Never dabbed rosin - might need a Ghost or a Doc for support!
Can't wait.

Nice! I will also be bringing my Proxy with me which has the Joystick   If you afford the attachment for it £35 roughly then it is worth the extra  Will be more than happy to have a few Dab sessions with you whilst in town, it is always nice to swap flavours and share what's good about town  look forward to it

Have used the Proxy a few times, great little device, less clunky than the peak. Some clubs in BCN have them for dabs, easier than giving people rigs and blow torches and/or having a dnail setup.

Yes agreed it is a handy powerful little device, perfect for visiting the Dam. I used to travel in to town with one of my travel Rigs and pick a blow torch up in town but that is a hassle especially when you donate every torch to a different coffeeshop when you leave and they forget when you return that you donated it  and end up buying another. The Proxy or even my dab pen(not bringing with me) make life so much more simple when in town  more than happy to share some dabs with you whilst in town man 8)

During Spannabis it was always funny spotting all the heads walking around BCN with their rig cases and more than one person has left a torch with me when they went home, then I usually move house and lose them

In fact those cases are so synonymous with rigs and dabbing that I once asked a guy on a flight from Dublin to BCN about his rig and he had no idea what I was on about as he had a microphone in the case

Very much looking forward to seshing with you in April :D

Welcome to the Dab Side talkrum. I'd second Ghost's advice on the joystick thing for the proxy, it makes a difference.

It will be great to meet up again. Sitting with you (and Ghost) in De Kuil last year inspired me to join the Dab Side.
I am eyeing the Legal project rosin (50 per g) @Zaandam and @Wormerveer to build a stash maybe?
Getting excited now - new pipe and nowt to put in it!
I might try a hash rosin cart on MC next month - getting good reviews. (purchased a 510 battery just in case!)
