@Macky
Did you really read my post above? Apart from my personal view regarding bargain hunters previous posters basically criticised the same.
If that's consequence please direct your anger.
It's the nature of things that if people disagree about something it can end up in a discussion. Either a rational or emotional one(hard to separate sometimes)but of course you can call a disagreement 'judging'.
I'm cool with that then if that means I'm judgemental( wonder , as I'm now officially a judge, to what I sentenced Easy Times and the like then)or am a moralist ; like everybody I carry out my principles which are quite social in my opinion but there is a certain difference between being social or libertarian, also I reason them instead of spewing out an opinion. It's all about a possible change not shutting up or capitulating.
See the link I provided above about Green Place is the same discussion to which posters responded to with pathetic fair speaking like you did too here(one time in the form of oh so very poor libertarian understanding of entrepeneurs while being an entrepeneurs hisself(note: I'm not about you can say dog don't eat dogs in this case as it was just not good argumented and basically saying 'It is the way it is, I'm so helpless and the world is going like this' without adding something)and the other time more to the point of feeling helpless and inability to change something. I too can't change it at all but I can thematise something I don't like ; as long as this doesn't turn to a sort of commodity it's so important as people tend to forget fast respectively adjust to new habitat conditions.)
If you say here is no room for critizm I suggest you set up your own club with an elitist choice of members and build a wall living in your own little bubble where everything is fine.
So when I read your post yesterday I just returned from Eindhoven ; and also outside of Amsterdam where I'm mostly at anyway prices changed a lot in recent years(including other cities I frequent regulary).
So again Madmaxxx is quite right(like ten years ago even in Amsterdam 10€/g was the limit for wiet , now ten years later we seem to soon hit the 20€ mark).
Again nothing personally as I already explained elsewhere I think you're a nice enough guy, really. Though you have a different apporach than me(you more sociable respectively socialising I'm more after content) which again is quite ok as I'm for peaceful coexistence as long as there is some sort of communication.
If you can't handle other opinions please stick to the 420 thread and rename this site to '420 Amsterdam Coffeeshop Directory' to prevent misunderstandings ; especially as a major content of this site is about this yearly 420 event.
Again don't get me wrong especially Lemming should celebrate hisself and this site for all he has done(and the like involved here ; members) and I wish apart from not my thing as just too random as drug use isn't saying something essentially about one character as quite superficial so I wish all participants still a great time as I'm still ambivalently appreciate things bringing people together believe it or not ; just a bit sad there is not much other content in the last years.
Each to their own again.
Though I still find your money approach problematic( you're a bit of a poser it seems ) as a lot of people are not privilleged and your generalisation is a bit to much to me(you're going there on annual vacation and it seems a big thing for you and you try to make the best out of it at all costs it seems, while others go regulary or even live there). Also your arguments are quite poor as you act as everybody is like you while my point of view is just differentiated(oh, I'm such a great human being, right?).
It's also funny I remembered we had this discussion a longer time ago but back then you again sugarcoated when approached on your selfish point of view. Proof(=conviction): viewtopic.php?f=9&t=24588&hilit=afford& ... 85#p381640 which lead to this viewtopic.php?f=9&t=24588&p=382213&hilit=afford#p382213 go figure or close your eyes acting again like no one can see you then and even edit your post. Embarassing you switch between opinons and your doctrine seems to be 'Harmony at all costs' if something makes sense or not. So if you really think your point of view is measure of all things, son, then this is not called being open-minded but ignorant. Handle other point of views, please. My two pennies, I'm done(this time of course only but will not shut up about things that's for certain ; will not write more about this in in this thread anymore though).

Yes, I always kept that in mind and remember it qualitywise at least well. That was a significant difference in quality back then as it at least was so different in taste compared to the standard coffeeshop wiet and their mostly standard nutes( quantity over quality seems to be the philosophy ; as usual and psychocologically backed up I thought it was just three years ago but it already was in 2012 but at least I remembered right it was during cannabis cup in November). To me that set a new standard and since then nothing I bought was on par weedwise at all and tried a lot regulary and I mentioned this experience a lot(note: not talking about compared to our homegrown stuff though and again I don't compare at all like said a million times before)
