this trip t'Nes Cafe was still closed when i went to visit. it was around 4:00 pm so, it may have been a bit early. i later saw how some bars don't open till after 5:00.

i've bought weed here when it was a coffeeshop a few years ago. always have had a great time here. the bartenders and crowd have always been extremely warm and friendly. will make it a point to visit the next time i'm in town.

Big thanks to Dave for the usual warm welcome,and the Lemon Haze sample (very nice), as always whenever im in town this is the place where i like to pull up a seat , down a few Beers and smoke a few J's ,in the company of top people, Take it easy mate....Woody

Been in a there a few times with Bleak, but each time you were not working DC....see ya soon.

Was in here n sat 26th march 2011 and I reckon this DC dude was the guy who was serving me, but I never introduced myself and just get on with it, the DC dude was very friendly nonetheless, friendly place altogether, but decor wise a bit of a dump it has to be said

"a bit" of a dump?, ffs lol the place is falling to pieces...ya should try workin in it. If the long awaited renovations aren't done in 2011, I'll be gone in 2012.

Bloody hell, how can I not have thought to much of this place on my previous to this trip?. Simply put this is allmost certainly the best and most friendly smoking friendly bar in Amsterdam.

DC sure is a great host and would have loved a propper chat with the guy, just a shame I was always to fucked to talk by the time we all got there after a days of t&t's lol. If the guy aint treating customers (mainly forum members as I recall lol) to drinks he's keeping them stocked up with vapo bags. And when he did stop for a break he joins his customers for a joint.

DC sure made the NES 1 of the highlights of my trip last month.

The guy nelson & the barmaid rowanne were two good people for a chat like,KD.

Nelson and Rowanne?. If I ever meet them I'll pass on yer kind words.
