Amnesia is awesome. The LSD is very trippy. The Amnesia haze get's the job done. Though, one time i was there and bought a joint and the budtender was like, put it in a bong, you'll get great flavours.. yes, put a JOINT.. in to a BONG.. how about hell fucking no!! I don't want my joint burned up in two hits.. If i wanted to smoke a bong i would. Also, allow that 10 euro deposit. GA doesn't charge anything

Went back to this shop twice mainly because the budtender was so the soundest of the trip. Tried the Utopia Haze which was awesome and the quazar which was even better. Also get one of there smoothie's down your neck, not to be missed, especailly with a fruity sativa. will deffinatly be back next time.

LSD was nice utopia haze was ok... try the limonana drink, it looks nice green, its made of ice, fresh mint, lemon syrup and passionfruit syrup, all well blended, awesome drink!

Looks like Amnesia will be my first port of call after dropping my bag off at the hotel on the morning of the 21st... I can't think of a tastier start to the trip.

Lsd my mate brought was very nice in the vaporiser , also another loved the limonana drink , prefered the strawberry milkshake myself.
Still a cool shop , they were changing all the tables when we were there to some gold topped 1's , cool chatty bud guy 1st visit , 2nd visit , nutcase budguy , like zebedee on speed , a cool guy , we had a very random chat about how he would like to be a good fireman ,

very disappointed in how amnesia has changed!

i had come in two years ago before they remodeled and i really enjoyed it. it was very mellow, chill place. i went in a couple of days ago and was very uncomfortable. weird vibe in there, people were looking at me and the missus like we didn't belong there.

ordered the lsd and amnesia haze, neither were very amazing. lsd was stony but have had better. i had the amnesia haze before but it wasn't nearly as good this time around. also ordered a "puur" joint for 6E, small and tasted like crap!! harsh, icky, crappy bud... clearly shake and shit.

too bad, nice location next to a brothel with tables out front. i'll miss going here.

Fresh batch of Amnesia Haze in this AM that is very very good.

Wasnt really impressed with the AH, better at Mellow yellow if i'm honest.

I actually do love this place, I won't lie. I loved it before the refurb and I love it now. I wouldn't spend hours and hours in there but they have some very nice weeds on their menu. Pineapple Haze is absolutely lovely. LSD is very cool and trippy. The coffees are awesome. The seats out front are nice with a great view. Staff are abrupt and very dutch in their ways but you just gotta accept that. I'll always stop by here, and I would go out of my way to walk here if I fancied it. Yes, it's now immensely trendy but roll with it, it's very chic and cool. Nice for couples.

im not really a fan of these 'wine bar' decorated shops. it is quite trendy inside.... however, the service of the bud tender, and then the smoke i got were so good, i really enjoyed my time at amnesia.

i asked about the NYCD but i got an honest reply that it 'wasnt so fresh', so i was given the choice of two other fresher sativas, and settled onthe fantastic amnesia haze. good work

we sat outfront and had a nice bit of banter with the same bud tender.

hope others get the same experience.

Well, November 2008 we found Pink Kush in Amnesia. Very nice weed, possibly my most favourite ever found. Sweet pink grapefruit taste, was lovely. Had it about 6-9 months later and it was still lovely...

So when we decided to go out to Amsterdam on Sunday (18th July 2010). We made sure this was the first point of call, just for the Pink Kush.

Firstly, the price had come up from 54Euro/5g to 59Euro/5g. Not a problem with prices rising, they all do. BUT the taste was completley different, the pink pistils that normally are on Pink Kush were absent and the effects were different. After leaving the coffeeshop and moaning about this to a few people, one person said they knew someone that worked there who had told him they could no longer get hold of Pink Kush and instead were selling Chocolope branded as Pink Kush. After hearing this we reexamined the green. We looked at some Chocolope and compared it to the supposed 'Pink Kush' from Amnesia and they looked and smelt very similar.

This is a complete con, very dissapointed with this from what I had previously considered a good coffeeshop. Had they have been honest, I would quite happily have purchased something else. We will not be going back to Amnesia on any future trips. I advise you to be look closely at what you buy if you decide to visit this shop.
