I've camped out for hours at 420 cafe, sat at the bar smoking joint after joint. The young female bar tender didn't mind one bit, in fact she's really friendly every time I've been there, always leave her tips.

I only smoke pure. Tobacco is disgusting and ruins the taste and experience of cannabis. It may be the same woman, it may not. She's a moron because she's trying to cost herself business. She's a bitch because she was rude for no reason. If she had politely informed me that smoking at the bar was a faux pas then I would apologise. However, her bluntness and bad attitude were there for me to experience. I don't hate her or the CS for that one moment, i'm just reporting what happened to me. I didn't provoke anyone. It's not my problem if she doesn't like cannabis smoke, i didn't force her to work there did i? Sure, I could be more nice to her but i'm honest, that's how i felt about her, deal with it. I don't go to dam to be nannied or told what to do. I have 1 mother already. Why shouldn't I be allowed to smoke at the bar if i want? I'm not causing any harm to anyone. On a good note, the SSh and blue kush are great. The reefer joint, not so much..

you know fuck it, it was long ago. I can't be bothered anymore, i don't remember the exact words. I guess i'm just jealous of her job and felt like she wasn't respecting the position enough. I would do anything to work in a CS, especially one of such high standards. For her to just be like omg i don't like cannabis smoke, she doesn't deserve to work there. I over reacted and chose poor words. My apologies for any offense taken. I still believe though, that if you can't smoke at the bar, there should be a sign and one should be informed politely. She's complaining about me 'intentionally' blowing smoke at her which i obviously wasn't.. It's ironic for someone working in a CS to complain about the smell or smoke of the substance sold there. If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen.

Nah thats true.

liked the shop, nice and friendly staff. Bought a gram of Neville's haze which was ok but nothing to rave on about. Bought a gram of SSH to compare to a bag i picked up from Central Cs and again was nothing special, which was dissapointing as a few of you on here reccomended the ssh from here. Not to sure if i would go there again being there's so much choice, but again not a bad shop at all

Dont worry about it! there are plenty more decent places than there anyways,I to get wide ass remarks from people who dont like weed or people like us smoking it ,F um thats what i say! ie no tip & no goodbye.

Didn't think much of this place , very dark when I went in , didn't seem to be much atmos atall would have to give it another try on another visit , on the other hand the 420 kush , which I think was the 1st kush i'd ever had was very nice & the budguy was friendly enough

The 420 is always a place I make my way to. Recently went here, got 2 grams of SSH and 2 grams of Blueberry... excellent quality, nice tasting, good fresh smell... and just the way I like their weed, it hits you good! I definetely recommend 420 for their smoke, always been cosistantly good when ive visited. To be honest, most times, Ive never really felt like staying there for a smoke, I dont know why.. I think I feel more comfortable at places with a bit more of a hippy or cultured vibe.

1st stop everytime I am in the Dam without fail. Favourit smoke for me here would be the Nevilles Haze. Service, music and atmosphere all excellent allthough I had a bit of a bad one last time I was there. First smoke of the trip hit me like a bag of potatoes needed to walk it off lol.

De Kuil is a friendly port of call whenever I'm in the Dam. Their menu hasn't changed much over the last decade. I usually pick up the SSH and blueberry from here. If you don't mind yer ass going numb, you can grab the window seat for a spectacular view of street traffic. And it's a nice spot to bring in food. Frites from Manneken Pis are right around the corner. For those enamored of Wok 2 Walk, it's just down the street. Jose from the Croissanterie d'Oude Brug across the street knows how to make a terrific ham broodje on ciabatta.

Best of all, when de Kuil closes at 1, you can bring yer party over the Bottle next door which closes at 3 during the week and at 4 on the weekends!. It's a smoker friendly sportsbar where you get your fill of footie and spark it up. The Bottle posts its TV schedule online. It has free wi-fi so you can log on as well.
