I like their location and that part of West in general, quiet streets of maze-y Berlage-architecture.. if you avoid the canals. Baarsjeskade itself, especially towards the Surinameplein side, is fairly depressing (those clothing shops/warehouses

)
Rock Lock.. doesn't have the deep pungent aroma it had last time, FX still very heavy. Glad I only got a gram and didnt buy more...but, at 9 per gram it's still fine value.
LA Casey, appears to be some sort of wunderplant. The buds don't look all that great I think, quite a bit of dark leaf and wide node spacing that makes it appear extra airy. But it is VERY satisfying to smoke/vapor. Thick dense gobs of flavor. Potency not really on the level of the Bubble Gum, for me, but close.
Lemon Herrer Haze.. mouthpuckering sour stuff. Clean hazy citrus flavors and nothing else, superb. Dry and sticky.

...and because of your banging reviews also Orle, thks for sharing!!
Oh, and a good grown bubblegum is totally amazing.
We used to get a lot of outdoor/Greenhouse BG in Switzerlands henfshops. This shit was constantly excellent and the high would put you in orbit...it was around 5/6 EUR per grm back then.good times

Staying about ten minutes walk from here in November, I'm looking forward to trying it. What time do they open and do they do half gram deals?

the lowest amount they do is 5euro. So, the cheapest (except shake) you can't get less than .7
anything thats 10euro a gram or more you can get half grams of though
dunno what time they open but don't think they close till 1am.
the white choco is pretty good atm btw

Thanks for the replies Jack and Orle. Are there any shops close by that open earlier? The closest coffeeshop to our hotel is Tweedy, I'm hoping they open nice and early!

this bud is indeed rock solid, has a sweet aroma and breakes up very nicely.

Definitively impressed by this shop. Easy to find (by car), friendly staff and very good weed. Bought the Amnesia G13 Strawberry, LA Casey and Bubble Gum. Still have to try the last one, the first 2 were top notch for a great price! Will be going back here for more when I've finished the current ones

I was grabbing some 'Gum here when I noticed its genetics contained "African Sativa", (the screen said NL x African Sativa x something...... dammit, I can't remember the third strain!). So it's probably something different than the ubiquitous Serious seeds' BG.
I also don't remember the name of the new strain on the sativa menu "Fruit something" (Fruit Sugar? Fruit Punch? in any case, price was 8.50), which wasn't in stock yet but should be there later today.
Aaand, what I do remember, is that I would not recommend the current batch of Lemon Harry Haze, it looks different and tastes very different from my last LHH purchases, not in a good way. Ther is very little lemon flavor at all, and the buds are more compact, with very pale green uncured color. Plenty of other hazy choices for 8-9 euro here, but consistency isn't very good in that price range it seems

I agree about the lemon, picked some up yesterday and it is different from last batches. Diesel is still not the same... maybe moved to hydro or something, the buds are much denser and have very little smell or flavor like the old batches.
