If you asked to buy weed there, you asked them to majorly break the law. They probably thought you were a cop.

Nothing could be more simple than answer: this a bar, we serve drink, food and allow to smoke, but it's no possible to buy weed or hash. As I have already written, I misunderstood, my fault!

To be fair it used to be a Coffeeshop,

Everyday they see 50 stoned tourists asking them to buy weed... Come on you didn't see the beer taps ? And all the alcohol bottles ?

Oh and I'm not saying this is entirely his fault, I just try to excuse the staff, I'm sure if you we're asked the same question 50 times a day you'd quickly stop to answer politely every person

Asking to buy weed in an ex coffeeshop now a bar is veryyyyyy different to actually pulling out a can of beer and drinking it in a Coffeeshop. Showing ID is very different also
If I worked in a shop/bar/anywhere where I would have to deal with the public I would expect my ass to be unemployed if i grunted at a potential customer just because he was not clued up as to which CS stopped selling alcohol in 2007.

Me and my better half sat in here for a good couple of hours with some amaretto and cokes (a lot of them!!) while I had a smoke and we played some scrabble. (with made up words for added comedy) Great Music. I could have totally spent a whole day in there, and plan to on my return trip. This place is AWESOME!

Last visit it was already packed to the rafters before we all got there. Had to resort to plan 'B' instead.

Seriously the place looks to be doing really well. Nice job by DC and co. However could you make the place a bit shittier/nicer so the stoners can get in too?

Another place that I love when I am in A-dam.
Just a question, specially related to what Panog was talking about... Since this is not a CS,wouldnt be better (more organized, easier to find) if ACD create a new session exclusively for Friendly Smoker places? (Lemming?)
