I bought in voyagers 2g of cheese yesterday as i fancied a change from the excellent ak47 at bij. The container was full of small popcorn nuggets of cheese that looked fine though the smell was slightly weak. Proceeded to roll a joint of the purchase. Taste was weak like the smell but felt quite a body stone for an hour. Smoked another pure joint that night and didn't get any great effect from the joint. Smoked a smaller pure joint just to get rid of it as i felt quite annoyed with the weakness of the purchase.

Cheese seems to vary wildly throughout amsterdam with the So Gouda at Katsu being pretty decent and bb cheece from bij being useless. I honestly dont think there is anything wrong with the other weed/hash on offer here as my previous visits have given good purchases. Its more a problem with cheece strain throughout the cs sector. My orignal memories are of a very dark green sinking mass of nuggets but haven't seen any so far that really appeal.

This was my first shop visited on my last trip (and the last)
We sat and talked with the guy (sorry cannot remember your name) who works there, who recommended a few places to visit. He was really shocked when i mentioned about this forum and how its members have nothing but good things to say about the place.

The best weed of our trip was found here

OG 18 - Very strong, sweet smelling and taste so good. e15/g - THC content 25%

We went back to the shop on our last day for another g of OG 18, the guy asked us how are weekend was and what we had got up to, then presented us with a printout just sent from the spannabis event in spain. The OG 18 was tested and got a reading of 25% THC content.

They have just got another load of butter in, for those that are interested.

All in all a great place to start a trip and one of my favs.

IMO Voyager's is the best coffeeshop in the dam : great gear, reasonable prices and good location

im afraid i dont like the new butter. tasted pretty bad in a joint and is much harder and more inconsistently colored than the pre-december batch.

og kush is pretty nice indeed, while the slh is ok, but nothing special.

I really enjoyed the og18. I though it tasted absolutely brilliant (i now understand why americans go mad for kush). The price was too high but then this was a good batch so not too much of an issue. Plus the place is so friendly. Could land up like grey area and be too popuar for its own good.
