then we put a bit in a pipe and smoked that.... my god i was super stoned...

yeah mate they asking 400,000 (white) then prob aload of key money(black) too,for the licence,then you will also need to rent the premesis which wont be cheap
i think its already sold i got goood idea who brought it

i think utopia was so high because they owned the building too
i know of a few shops forsale at the min

and then we can make a ACD Coffeeshop where the meet and greets are etc.. u can say the place for the acder's
