Special is okay for 10euro, only tub with nugs in and not dust tbh

Was very very disappointed with Hsb this year. 180 degrees from a year ago, nothing with flavor and very dry product. Although the 6.50e moroc was mellow and properly priced.

Lemon haze dry and wanted to throw away.

not good to read

this week the HSB special was pretty good, nice sized nugs, covered in crystals, decent enough taste, all in all I was pretty happy with it for 10euros. Its just a shame they won't do half grams

After reading a travelogue on here I went in Tuesday to try their Polm for 6.50 a gram. Very nice smoke I have to say. Bought a gram first, then 1.8 for 10 euro and 4 gram for 20 quid before leaving. To think I spent 20 quid on half a gram of Sour Diesel Iceolator in another well known Amsterdam coffee shop, never again.

A good shop, nice situation on Nieuwmarkt, we start our 2nd day in hill street blues. We ordered a 20€ bag of Lemon Haze (1.6gr) and two coffees then we sat on the terrace as it was a sunny and warm morning in Amsterdam. Service was ok, asked about a weed called "Popcorn" I've seen on the menu, budtendress didn't know too much about it so I passed, lot of tubs were running low. Hot drinks were cheap for the location. Always a nice spot right on one of my favorite place in A'dam.

Lemon haze taste taste like lemon haze, did the job 7/10. Hopefully we got a bag deal it was cheaper than 14€/gr.

We had a pleasant time at HSB this past weeekend. Asked to see the HSB special as I enjoyed it a couple of months ago, the BT suggested I opt for something else as there was no big buds left in the tub, I had a look anyway, lovely smell to it however I took his advice and bought 10e of fruitella.
It turned out to be a nice smoke, coupled with a strawberry milkshake and being sat outside in the sunshine it was hard to fault our visit.
Good service, nice weed, good milkshake and a great place to sit and people watch. Whats not to like?

Glad you enjoyed, the 6.50/gram polm was one of our top smokes from last years cup, also the least expensive purchase of trip Good things can come with low price tags

For sure. It was maybe 5 years since l bought anything from Hill Street, usually stuck to the one on Warmoesstraat and thought the quality/atmosphere vanished when they stopped selling booze a few years ago. Pleasantly surprised with the Polm but unmoved by the Black Spice. I've seen a lot of people buying the 50 bags of Cheeze in there, 5.6 gram for 50 euro. The last time l bought weed from Hill Street, Northern Lights and Hill Street Special they were both terrible but might chance a gram of that Cheeze the next time l'm up there.

If memory serves me right, i wasnt impressed by any of the weed seleections last year, which was disappointing....we had great experiences with the amnesia and lemon hazes in 2012. Will be back to give another try in november

Popped in here on Saturday so my mate could try the polm. Got the 11 gram for 50 euro deal. Mate loved it as a cheap day time smoke, nicely stoned after 2 quick joints. I seen they had the So G Kush in there but I still don't trust this place yet for weed. Back again on Thursday for 4 nights so will go here again for my day time hash. Always a pleasure picking up lumps of hash at those prices.

I went to this place a couple of sunny morning for a hot chocomel outside and I really like the location of it. I tried once the special and it was very poor in my opinion. But as the budtender must know it he lets you smoke what you buy from other shop as long as you buy a drink.
I will come back for sure for the seat outside but will not try other weed.
