Hello from Houston!

Post by fmtessa »

Hi all my new friends! My husband and I are planning our trip to Amsterdam for our anniversary in March, yay! It's our 1st trip there and I am going crazy looking up all the things to do because we have to wait 7 months! Tips and advice would be much appreciated as would menus from varius cs! We are pretty sure we will be renting an apartment for our week there. Has anyone stayed at amsterdam escape? :D

welcome to the forum

for tips i suggest following the travel reports in Travelogues (After or During)

coffeeshop menus can be found at FlyByNite's menu pages

FlyByNite also knows about a document entitled How not to get hit by a bike

imho this document is essential reading for the first time visitor to amsterdam, so please please take the time, it is only 4 pages to print, thanks

also, there is an acd forum topic on amsterdam escape

enjoy your planning ...

You have been posted on the March Whos In Town page.

You can see who else may be in town during your stay.
Between now and then I am sure to add a bunch more people.

By default I link your posting to your profile page here on ACD.

https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/profi ... le&u=29194

I can change it to a web link ( myspace, facebook, personal page )
or an email address if you want.

Maybe a seasoned Amsterdam traveler will be there during your stay and plan a Meet and Greet/Crawl.

You can practice shopping on the Coffeeshop Menus page.
