My music library has its on hard drive, currently at 65 gigs and I still have another 250 cd's to put on it, not to mention the 10 to 15 cd's I pick up every week, helps that i don't need to actually purchase the cd's
. Then there's all my vinyl that I still need to digitize, before I scratch the shit out of it. At the moment I'm ripping Miles Davis, Free, Trojan Dub Massive, Max Romeo, Sergio Mendes, DJ Muggs Vs. GZA, King Crimson, George Clinton & P-Funk, E-40, Steinski, Nightmares on Wax, Geisha Girls, NOFX, Akuma & Factor, Madlib, and finally some gamelan. I think that gives you a pretty good idea of my music taste, but I love hip hop, no that top 40 crap that's clogging up the airways.
This is the next hip hop I'm going to to give you an idea: Jurassic 5, Dilated Peoples, The Beat Junkies, MC Supernatural, Cut Chemist, DJ Shadow, Madlib, Money Mark, MF Doom.
Just got tickets for the Roots and Talib Kweli for the night before I go to Amsterdam, now I know I'll sleep on the 10 1/2 hour flight.
