of the Netherlands refer to themselves ? Is Dutch the correct usage ,or Nederlanders or what ? ...We have Brits and Yanks and Canucks etc.
Nederlanders seems cumbersome . Wasn't sure if Dutch ,as in Pennsylvania Dutch ,was a corruption of Deutsche ,since that term really refers to Pennsylvanians of Deutsche origin.

1. Why are the Netherlands also called Holland

2. Why are the people of the Netherlands/Holland known as Dutch
