Vondel Park has a very long association with dope smoking. Once upon a time you could get t-shirts saying "Vondel Park - highest below sea level".

On a sunny Sunday afternoon you may find various music and performances going on around the park.

Vondelpark is a "Must-Do" without a doubt. Preferably on a nice sunny day but either way is fine.

A beautiful park with many facets and walkways to enjoy. Lots of dogs running around. Also a great place to bike without dodging trams.

Cant wait to see the park end of May early June. I hope it isn't raining when I go. Should have took a look on a prevuious trip cause we were staying at the Ramada hotel near the park. That's the good thing about Amsterdam, there's always something to do and see, probably because you forget everything you were suppposed to do and see when you had your first toke on arrival : ). Thanks for the photos too Boner, saw the photos of Harlem aswell which is where were planing to go for a day to check out Willy Wortels.

I can 100% recommend the Willie Wortels coffeeshops I've been to Sativa and Indica but plan on hitting Sinsemellia in 4 days - Get yourself to Wilma & Alberts for one of the best red meat meals you'll ever have :)

Vondel park is primo anytime you're there with some doobage. There's also a cool resataurant there that looks like a flying saucer called the blue tea house.

If it's a sunny day don't miss out on this lovely place.

we spent about an hour (not long enough) wandering around the park, it was beautiful and there were alot of people because of the great weather that day. I didn't smoke anything because i was feelin pretty rough and already rather high....but very very nice nonetheless.
