Knowing what I, and many of you, feel like when that terrible hunger hits the easiest thing to do is grab those sweets, crisps, biscuits or takeaway. However in my opinion there is nothing better than eating some 'Good' food when you are high as shit.
I will start i suppose, this is the recipe for the cuban bean soup that i mentioned in another thread.
Cuban Bean Soup
1 onion, 2 tins of black beans, 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, 1 ltr of stock (I use the cubes), 3 garlic cloves, 1 lime, chili or cayenne pepper, Rice to serve it with.
- 1. Cut the onions up smallish, and brown them in a sauce pan, add your crushed garlic, and your chili or cayenne pepper, ( Sometimes i put some rum into it) After your onions and garlic are brown add your stock.
2. add your beans and tomatoes.
3. you can now practically add anything to it now, I usually put some sweet-corn in, and some peppers. bacon or bits of Salami, smoked ham may also be good.
4. Simmer for about 20 minutes, squeeze lime in just before eating and serve with rice or tortillas
