Actually the majority of the foreigners that have come here are hard working people looking for a better life, it's the chavs that claim benefits from leaving school all the way into their adult life that sponges off the system.

I personally feel the government make it too easy for people to sponge off, whether they are foreign or not. It is also too easy for many asylum seekers to get 'lost' in the system and work illegally, which i'm sure annoys a lot of people when the unemployment is so high.

I do think the BNP are unreal though, but then we do have freedom of speech and the choice to listen or not. I certainly dont take them seriously as a political party.

Surely leaving a forum you have been a strong member of for a long time because of someone with 12 posts is an odd choice...especially when it seems obvious that they are only here to stir trouble.

First and foremost, I have never nor will I ever condone racism, on any level. With that said...........
I'm not from the UK, but I understand the overall feeling, a sense of loosing ones national identity. In The Netherlands, Geert Wilders has taken on the task of bringing attention to the masses the same problem facing the Dutch, the loss of national identity.
An observation on culture and society:
- In post-industrial nations such as the UK, US, Germany, etc..., the workforce could not sustain the pace in which growth was being realized. Many service related jobs were not being filled, and according to sociologists (no references provided although available), these countries were going to have problems, mainly because people felt these jobs were beneath them.
For example, U.S. States bordering Mexico. Look at labor statistics for these States. Should be no surprise that the majority of low income (read undesirable) jobs are filled by Mexicans and people from central American countries. The point here is that white Americans see themselves as being too good for certain service related jobs.
Further examples:
Go to California and the southwest and look at the racial makeup of those working in the area of property maintenance, also knows as gardeners. The answer: Hispanics laborers, white supervisors and owners.
Ask Americans the following: When going to a convenience store such as a 7-11, what would most likely be the racial makeup of those that worked there? The answer: Indian or Pakistani.
The same applies to taxi drivers, particularly in large cities such as NYC, Chicago, DC, etc....

Ironically, those who would shout the loudest in protest are typically the ones who would normally fill these positions but deem themselves above this type of work. I should also mention that there are those who protest because local businesses hire non-whites at lower wages. Not good.
So the question is, who will fill these jobs? Dumb-down society, as some would argue is happening in the US and the UK? Increase the number of immigrants? (this seems to be backfiring). I simply don't have the answer.
If something constructive isn't implemented soon (10-20 years), countries like The Netherlands will lose their national identity entirely. I give the UK 40-50 years.
For the US, our national identity was lost with the near-total eradication of Native Americans, also known as American Indians. Since the end of the 18th Century (after forcing Native Americans onto reservations), the identity has been WASP (White, Anglo-Saxon, Protestant), and this too shall pass, and quicker than most think. The latest research (no reference given although available) suggests that there will be a major shift in the racial/cultural makeup in the next 50-75 years with whites no longer being the majority.

Times they are a-changin.

I am back and my apologies to the forum for my outburst. I would also like to thank all of you for your comments to do with the matter.
I have alot of friends from lots of different backgrounds and very few from my own (Who i would trust), this was probably reflected in my outburst on this topic.
I never have a problem with anyone from a different culture which is why i cant understand this persons moronic view.
This will be my last say on this matter and yes spidergawd i hope we can enjoy a few bowls over 420 and a good laugh about the retard.
