When I was eight years old, I loved the film Rambo 2. It was a 15 certificate, and children were not allowed to watch it. However, not many people over that age really had much time for it, mainly because it was fucking crap. As soon as people's mental development exceeded a certain level, they were no longer interested in simple-minded, formulaic bullshit, unless, of course, that development was somehow arrested (to unintentially drop another eighties reference).

GTA 52, or whatever they're on now should not keep the interest of a reasonably intelligent grown-up for more than a couple of hours. Because it is formulaic, scripted and, whatever its certificate, is designed for kids. GTA 1, now that was a different story, but then again, that was a PC game...

Fair enough man, the beauty of this site is we can have different views without swearing at each other/wishing each other dead/ generally being bellends to each other. I used to play CS online, but i got a bit fed up with tbh, i found that repetitive same maps etc and although the teams were different each time, there becomes a point when you've seen all the camping places/possible ways of attack etc. I find the same can be found on the GOW online these days, or even Halo.

I cant speak for StonerDave, however it could be a case of your reputation precedes you? Not being a trawller of the channels site i wouldnt know, but i would guess you've heard worse than ball bag eh? The first post you entered didnt exactly do anything to dispell any possible ideas of channels, i cant really say anything because i think ive made similar jokes at the scottish expense before. But i was releying on it being taken a joke, you might of man, i dont know.

Enjoy ACD.

why is it alot of pc gamers seem to be very judgmental? iv known alot of pc gamers and they are all quick to say how much better pc gaming is and if you have a console your a lame. I even had a few always telling me how "superior" using a mouse and keyboard is when playing first person shooters. I dont think ones better than the other as its personal preference. Alot of pc gamers have tried to tell me this though. I mean if your talking about kiddie games that world of warcraft game has to be up there with the kids games...sims too. Personally id much rather have a console and not have to upgrade every few months or year...would get expensive. My friend had a really nice gaming pc and couldn't even play crysis on its highest settings. now he seems to have switched to console. The only pc game i really use alot is football manager and the odd strategy game here and there. Pc gaming is cool but just not for me, and iv sure met alot of snobby/herbish pc gamers as well.
