Yes good reviews as well return comments from the hotel manager. Of course the reviews don't mention if you can smoke or not. I would wager NOT, but with some craftiness (blow smoke into a dryer sheet placed in cardboard tube  ) you might manage to pull it off.

stayed there before and they are not smoker friendly. however we did toke on and as long as you dont disturb the guests around you and they dont complan you should be ok. however i know several people who have been fined for smoking in hotels. just remember the stuff stinks and an open window aint going to be enough

Albus Grand

We have stayed at the Albus Grand, but it was several years ago and before the general smoking ban. We used always to request a smoking room. We don't smoke tobacco, but we would light a cigarette and set it in an ash tray by the door. We'd turn on the bathroom fan, and open the window. That worked very well in a number of hotels, but I don't know what effect the smoking ban would have on the strategy. The place we stay now has a garden by a canal and we go there to smoke.
