Which coffeeshops for which kind of music?

Hey All
I'm hoping to create here a list of establishments categorised by music genre played.
Baba - hard dance
222 - trance & techno
Pink Ployd - obvious
Grey Area - hippy rock
etc
....
Aside from some of the reggae-style shops playing their genre i cant say i've really noticed what the others play....? Over to you....?
