Feminized seeds from respectable breeders are a wonderful thing. It is quite nice to have a 90%+ chance of females.

Be warned, though; it's not a guarantee.

No problem with feminised seeds here, I wouldn't touch DP though, I had a pack of Oasis and all 10 grew mutant then hermied.

m4m, alot of the seed banks claim 99% females nowadays, I'd be pretty pissed off if I found a male amongst a pack of females but that male might just be the missing link to greatness. ;)

used dutch passion femmed before...they're ok but thats about it,i'm probably gonna get beaten with sticks for saying this but i found greenhouse to be better and more reliable...although the dutch passion"brainstorm" are fairly reliable...but i did find greenhouse"K-train" a little unreliable to germinate but when they do they are quite robust plants........kcbrains are supposed to have germination probs although i seemed to be lucky as all mine germed AND were female....nirvana i found germed ok but lot of males (7/10 seeds) on some strains

Lol...yeah, I've seen that. I personally haven't had enough experience with all the different breeders so I didn't want to say, "Yeah, man...every one is going to be a girl no matter what!". Also, I just recently saw that thread where the poor guy's White Label fems were turning up hermies. Sad...

The "missing link male"....that'd be the stuff of legend!! Lol...:D

Ech1, i've grown Brainstorm from DP (2007) and K-train from GH (2009) ... both fems, both were lovely schmokes, but the K-train was exceptionally lovely to schmoke (i couldnt bring myself to share it, LiquidSwords got 4grams though, he's got love for me :)) but having said that, Jorges Diamonds from DP are imo, DP's best strain to date (barring their Super Haze, white widow, skunk I and II and northern light - these are classics)...

i'm pleased to know we've grown the same strains Ech1, rock on buddy!

and so the growers network grows, and notes get compared and in the long run better schmoke is produced......i've done other strains previously but these are the ones i like to stick to especially the GH trainwreck, DPbrainstorm and good old GH SSH....reliable,reasonable amounts(for personal)........i have found that the BB bluecheese is a little tougher to grow and seems to like extra feeding(extra horse, chicken and bat shit, all 100% organic and apart from bat shit all from a known source/farm and well rotted).......i do get the fems but every time after drying i've noticed 1 seed, just 1 no others in both brainstorm and SSH............just can't wait for the GH K-train,only 12 weeks to harvest(yeah i know it can be done quicker).....patience young jedi although i did do some leda uno from KC brains. this year...it's not bad but oh so fruity in flavour...one to avoid from DP is purple#1...it's purple is all that i found good with it apart from that it was very poor in flavour ,strength and prone to mould outdoors

I like feminized seeds. Apart from costing a bit more, you can find a good pheno-type in each lot and usally no hermies. And I don't mind finding 2 or 3 seeds in the plant, you never know, you might find a special Mom in one of those seeds.

I've got a N.L.'s #5 that's been with me a couple of years, along with a Sweet Tooth #3 that's been in the mix for the last year. Took away the Sensi Star that I had for awhile and replaced her with a Big Budda Cheese. 1st plant gave O.K. results nothing great..... but the 2nd plant came out Very Nice. I would like to add one more Mom and I have a few feminized seeds to pick from, with one of them being Trainwreck from GH. I was disappointed with the Trainwreck I found last April in Amsterdam, from GH C.S. no less, that I was little leary on trying it out. But from the coments I've read here I might have to give it a go.

Go for it!

Be warned, though...it smells quite badly. I can't even say it's a pleasant smell at that. Strange, really...but very strong. Make sure you have adequate odor-control in place.
