if they do enforce them 1 i refuse to pay for the card,2 i refuse to carry the card, 3 when asked for said card they will be met with a wall of silence(purely as contempt of them and the card) anf 4 most important this is Britain where i don't need no steeeenkin card.......we only ever needed them in wartime(browns war dont count) 5 NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!!!!....remember when people came to britain to avoid this kinda bullshit??? some even pushed a big wall down to get away from this 20 years ago....still im sure we wont mind as many don't remember those events(possibly not even born then) and as a nation programmed with strictly,x factor and bbc propaganda we'll be too stupid to bother/care or do anything....FIGHT FOR FREEDOM REFUSE THE ID CARDS
the idea of having to carry an identity card on you at all time would be a great thing for britain! i got caught smoking on the street twice and got caught on the bus because of not paying my fare, and everytime i give a fake name,... i mean what the fuck???? why do you think immigration is out of control in this country? guess what, having identity cards would make thing harder for criminals and illegal immigration. but it shud just be a simple card with a photo, name , age, address and date of birth on the card.

i dont think an id card is what most of the campaigners are against, the name 'id card' is being used as a disguise for the national database which is a proper big brother tool, also now theyr'e saying you wont have to have an id card but anyone who apllies/renews a passport/driving licence will have to have their fingerprints (not 1 but all 10 & palm prints), retina scan & digital facial recognition camera image, taken, so it proves thats all they were interested in, in the 1st place. in Germany they have started introducing biometrics but all the information is stored on the card not on a big brother government database, whats the diference some might ask, well the diference is that in every crime that ever takes place until the day you die you will be matched up against the profile of the crime & compared, in the u.k we are 'innocent until proven guilty' but like with dna profiling now they can take mass samples (&even when your eliminated the profile remains on the database) & if you refuse you will be arrested have your dna taken anyway & be charged with obstruction, if elimination is what theyr'e doing then thats 'guilty until proven innocent'beejun wrote:the idea of having to carry an identity card on you at all time would be a great thing for britain! i got caught smoking on the street twice and got caught on the bus because of not paying my fare, and everytime i give a fake name,... i mean what the fuck???? why do you think immigration is out of control in this country? guess what, having identity cards would make thing harder for criminals and illegal immigration. but it shud just be a simple card with a photo, name , age, address and date of birth on the card.
also with the facial recognition they will be able to track EVERYONES movements, 5000 people walking down oxford st, everyone will be logged & tracked, im sure Hitler & Stalin would have loved these tools
+anyone with a recent passport will notice it carries an RF chip in it, wonder what thats for

I hear you Pauli, I agree with ya 'specially when u said
But me personally I don't care if I have to give my dna, I don't agree with it at all, but I have nothing to hide as I do not commit any crime, except smoking trees.

totally with you paul....although if the border controls had been enforced instead a farce there probably wouldn't be a need for all this bullshit......before you say "ooooh racist" bollocks!!!im not racist and the twats in power are doing it without the concensus of the nation.......the card is wrong, the whole big brother apparatus is wrong....i'm not gonna have one, they can put me in prison for it !!! it's not i don't care....I DO CARE,too much.....p.s. just found out the new smaller globe type cameras in my area now have a 900 meter range and audio upto 25 meters!!!!apparently.........."and we shall fight them in the fields and in the streets,we shall never surrender" to the big brother state
...piss the feds off, damage the mystery rf chip in the passport and make em work for a living hahahahaha

anyone see the news today where a retired superintendent has said that the police forces under direction from the government are arresting people for the most trivial matters just so they can get their dna onto the database

Pauli, I agree with you about the database and identity card stuff.
Once you give governments the slightest edge they push the whole fucking wedge in. This is the thin end of the wedge.
Look at income tax. In Canada, in 1917 (or therabouts), the government set up a "temporary measure" known as income tax, to help fund our WWI effort. Gee, it seems we still have that temporary gem?
Governments always give some half-baked reason, such as lowering crime or preventing terrorism and so on, but that is a ruse to get you to buy into the bullshit.
Once this innitiatve goes through, more will follow, incrementally, until you are really fucked.
Remember fellahs, Those who give up their liberty for protection deserve neither.
BTW, I don't buy the "I have nothing to hide so why should I care" bullshit argument. Privacy is an individual's entity. Each of us has own level of comfort regarding what we choose to reveal. If you feel so strongly about having your information on file then you could always march down to the local police office and give them a dossier containing all of your personal information, pictures, blood samples, hair samples and so on. Those of us who value our privacy should not have to do so.

Yeah, heard it on the BBC news. The reporter also said that a " large proportion" of the database is made up of black males.Pauli Wallnuts wrote:anyone see the news today where a retired superintendent has said that the police forces under direction from the government are arresting people for the most trivial matters just so they can get their dna onto the database

in the U.K we get taxed 3times on our earnings (not including National insurance/pension)Ingwey Gooblebogger wrote:Look at income tax. 1.income tax
2.VAT (the biggest con EVER) wtf value do we get from paying this tax
3.inheritance tax, a massive 40% anything over the threshold, in the U.K a house is usually the main inheritance passed on, in 1997 the threshold for paying inheritance tax was £215,000, for that you could buy a decent sized freehold house in London, by 2006 that same property would cost between £500,000 - £1,000,000+, all depending on the area, but guess what the threshold for the tax was only pushed up to £285,000, meaning the majority of the working class are now paying the tax, &the government still have the cheek to say the tax is aimed at the wealthy,
+ that 40% is not only for the house, its on anything over the threshold including all over money/possesions, so now basically everyone is forced to pay something towards this tax.
+ had an idea, what would happen if everyone in UK/europe decided not to pay VAT? they couldn't throw the whole continent into prison

Don’t waste your money Mancs! Next year when the (frickin) Tories get in (come on we all know its going to happen) the whole scheme will be scrapped and any 'cards' useless.
As for Big Brother, they put me off ever renewing my passport when they introduced the need for biometric information. Sounds Orwellian enough for me. Not sure how I will get to Amsterdam come 2015 (expiry date of passport) but God willing, I will have been living there for years by then.
