Has anyone used their services? Good or Bad? they seem legit but i can't find reviews anywhere. Prices seem decent for the quality of the apartments. All fairly modern and clean.

I am interested in either the Dam Square Maisonette

I do not know any thing about them but if they want payment for a deposit by check or money transfer and not a credit card I would think twice. A credit card can be a consumers best defence aginst fraud.

I'd stay well clear, that website looks just like one that was a known rip-off (cant remember the name).

Just by the price and the high quality of apartment i would say its a con.Too cheap

i dont know anything about coolamsterdam, but the amsterdamstay, 1 is definatly 1000% genuine, i used them on my august trip & they were very helpful, they even persuaded the previous tenants of my newmarket apartment to vacate early because i was getting there early, heres the link to my trip report with apartment pics:
