Things moved around a little this week, as IslandGirl, BlueBerry, and Calx
voted. Of course Basjoe's is still in 1st with 18 votes, followed by HGF in 2nd place with 16 votes. Katsu moved up to 3rd with 13 votes, as did Green Place....moving up from 7th to 4th place with 12 votes. Paradox slipped down a couple of spots, going from 3rd to 5th place with 12 votes. Rounding out the top 6 is a tie between Grey Area and Mellow Yellow with 11 votes. Dampkring also slipped down from 4th to 7th place with 10 votes. 8th is Amnesia with 7 votes and tied for 9th with 6 votes are DeKuil, Dolphins and Tweede Kamer.
We still have a couple of weeks to vote before the final tally is in and I pass it over to Hestia to print up Ballot Sheets.....so vote away.

Abraxas (1)
Amnesia (7)......8th
Bagheera (1)

Basjoe’s ( 18 )...... 1st

So Dampkring has dropped out and Green Place is now in along with, possibly, Grey Area. That means that the meet at Dampkring for the webcam wave is no longer also a Toke and Vote. I guess it still makes sense to meet there though.

I suggest we try to squeeze Green Place and, possibly, Grey Area into Monday as we'll be in the south on Sunday. There will be a few more of us in town by Monday too, although those actually arriving on Monday may not be in a position to make it to meets in the daytime.

That does highlight a general problem, with so many people doing Monday to Friday rather than the pre-420 weekend there's not going to be very many judges available for this cup.

Anyone have any thoughts on any of this?

if voting forms can be left in basjoes, myself and others landing on monday, could pick up a form and after the T&T visit a couple of the other shops,,not a perfect solution, but ????? 8)

I dont get in until the morning of 420, I will do them shops before the 420 meet. So for me i would need easy access to that voting form, so i can fill it out as i go along. I will be playing catchup but the 6 shops at the moment are sort of on my crawl or near to the apartment i am renting.

Cants see a problem with meeting for the wave, maybe adjust the time for that to around 15:00, wave then stroll up to 420 in a cloud of smoke. We should easily get to 420 in 30mins, plenty of time before the clock strikes.

Howdey everyone ! Yes, now that the Dampring is out and Greenplace is in. We need to put it somewere. And yes it looks like Monday will probely be best. So why don't we just move the HGF, Paradox & Basjoes up 1 hr. and put Greenplace at 11 in the late morning? As for the Gray Area--because it's such a small shop, why dosen't everyone hit it up on there own, or in small groups. That way we don't overwelm them all at once? As for the voteing sheets I can leave some at Basjoes,If it's ok with them,. also i'll make sure to have some at the Nes, also i'll carry some with me.so that if needed i'll have them right on my person. :D :D :D

That would be excellent if you dont mind, I plan to pop in to hunters to see if there is any NYC Diesel at around 9:30am. Then to Basjoes to hopefully grab some Terminator(If they have it)/Hash/Bud and have a smoke followed by the Green Place. I can check into my apartment from 12:00. Then the rest i will do after i check in

Hopefully Green Place and Basjoes stay on the list so thats two done
And if Basjoes is not open i will go Green Place 1st and Basjoe after.

OK, I've changed the provisional times to Green Place at 11, HGF at 1 and Paradox at 4. Actually, 2 hours per slot is probably sufficient so we could make it 12, 2, 4 and 6 at Basjoe for Cisco's meet.
Kermit, Twichaldinho and Toker70 - I’ll post your catch-up crawl on the evolving timetable if you like.

It's all coming together 8) 8) 8) :D

You can post it up if you like but i have to meet the bloke for the apartment at 12:00 so it would only be Hunters @ 9:30, Basjoe, and Green Place before then for myself.
