Like i said that was sent to me from a leader of the Liberal Youth on behave of the north west Lib Dem team.
This can you trust politicians thing is non-consequential imo. The elections going to happen, like it or not, you can vote in one of the other two parties with a harsh stance on cannabis, or you can vote the party who promotes this message.
The thing that piss's me off is people bitch that theres no party representing the cannabis community and theres no plans for coffeeshops here. Then when a party comes along they question it and dont vote for it. It's a bit strange to me.

Nice find Sir Niall... No complaints here on your post I was just interested in the source and wondering if the 4 hours searching for my local Lib Dem reps was worth the time
I know nothing about politics and when I was younger never thought I would ever take an interest in voting.
Like Kermit said... They will be getting our vote too.

same here in germany, everyone moaning about the politics and what shit happened in the last years......after the election I asked them what they voted for and many answered with one of the big parties which are the ones who produced the shit......I dont get this.Sir Niall of Essex-sire wrote: The thing that piss's me off is people bitch that theres no party representing the cannabis community and theres no plans for coffeeshops here. i voted for them last time, 2005, when kennedy the drunk was in charge, i didnt mind him, he was a normal person, not like their new leader who looks just like another clone off the oxford/cambridge production line

Higher taxes and actual realistic punishments for those responsible of polluting.
An end to ' thatcher based' economic policy.
No Tuition fees at university, i like this because alot of the kids i teach would do well but dont get the chance.
Drug Policy
Their new tax plan.
Getting rid of Trident.
Pro Europe.
To me, they want to localise power and take it away from Westminster, which i think is good. They probably wont win, but they can at least get a large opposition, they were the only party that went against ammendments to the freedom of information act which is passed we wouldnt of learnt of the expenses scandal. I personally think that for real change we need these guys in majority opposition to the Torris, those bastards have got some strange ideas on how to run the country
HullDJ - thats cool man, im glad this out. Spread the word to people man.

If you asked that question in UK man half the population would tell you they couldn't be bothered to vote at all. It pisses me off really cos you dont know what you've got until you lose it. I mean I ask you, imperfect as the system is it beats what I've seen of the the alternatives. Communism. Dictatorship, Theocracies. they might look good on paper, but people being people and not ciphers they all rely on the midnight knock and the big stick to correct our deviant ways. if its a hung parliament, which it very well could be, then they will be the most important party in the uk, because if the party they make a coalition with doesn't take them & their policies seriously they can easily disband the coalition & allign with the opposition, this imo would be the best solution for british politics, labour & conservatives have had it way to easy for a long timeSir Niall of Essex-sire wrote:They probably wont win, but they can at least get a large opposition
