I lived about half a mile closer to town, me sister used to live in those flats though. Yeah the youth center does well with what they have and who they have to do it with. It's a shame half of them still turn out to be 'hoods' when they grow up.

I was so impressed at the work being done by the youth work out there, it was really inspiring stuff. Considering the fact there against the parents, kids and ' the boys' it takes alot of balls. Dont know if i could do it, the area from what i could see is still under the control of community representatives.

I hope it changes from people turning into hoods. Hopefully investment will give people a chance to invest their life in better causes.

Mad dog came from the Shankill estate, but we exported him out of the country, I believe he was last spotted in Scotland. The Old park is up behind Ardoyne, I lived near the Grove park, just along the road from Mount Vernon and it'll be generations before local 'representatives' let their grip go on areas like that.

Heard he was in Bolton for a bit as well.

Its a shame man, all their doing is holding back the kids in the area, its a 'damn shame. Alot of the kids there are ok untill they hit the age where they get drafted into all that. I think it might have alot to do with the monopoly of illegal substances in those areas rather than giving a shite about any of the people that live there.
