Amsterdam on Rails

I just received my copy of Amsterdam on Rails. It is a tram simulator. You don't get a lot of options driving the trams, the bell and two speeds. It wouldn't let me run down any pedestrians. The routes are abbreviated, but seem to cover much of the tourist scene. At various stops you can click for sights and attractions in the area. My Amsterdam operative believes mine is the last copy. If you are in town you could check the Amsterdam Historical Museum to see if they may have restocked. It's fun picking out places I know as the footage rolls. Get it if you can.

Enjoy

It looks like it can be ordered at www.combino.nl. If someone does get a copy here, please let me know. It will save me sending pirated copies back to Holland.

Enjoy

What an absolutely fascinating and informative program that really really is. This would be absolutely invaluable for anyone planning to really tour around the city.

I downloaded the preview version and it really does let you see how useful the fully featured program would be.

Would be even better for those who have laptops with them. You can visualise your journey from start till finish then get out there and do it.

Totally and utterly amazing.
