I've seen them on the shelves in mixed boxes of assorted colours, 3 different I think. I'm still getting through a huge box of Maltesers since Xmas, so until then...........
I usually just get a load from Thorntons or somewhere before I go.
What are the chocolates like in dam? Im sure they have some nice stuff there.
I recently developed a taste for peanut butter, so naturally I like these
I also loved the peanut butter KitKat they had but that sad to say was only for a short time.

OK, hold on a minute.
I watched a BBC docu a month ago about US milk. We all know chocolate is made from cows milk or at least an ingredient.
Authentic European chocolate is pure and fine, so divulge.
However, US chocolate may contain milk from US cows that has been enhanced to produce bigger udder's and more milk. Not only that, the US do not filter their milk which is a mandatory requirement in Europe. US cows milk may/and/or contain natural puss from an animal, but European milk it is filtered off against this crap, btw. Further still, all milk based products exported from the US to the UK is alreday banned anyway based on this fact.
Back to Euro chocolate I guess, always a winner anyway, just like beer.
PURE FACT (sorry)

(beer was always that way anyway so it's all insouciant anyway)Sir Niall of Essex-sire wrote:Saw the same thing Trance. Scary stuff.

yeah my sister saw that & told me about it, 1word, nasty. another thing is that in the US milk from cloned cows/goats is used in choco, thats still thankfully illegal in the EU, iv'e eaten american choco a few time & imho its not anywhere near as good as the quality of belgian or swiss choco, chucking in a bit of caramel/nuts/nougat e.t.c may make it taste nice but the quality of the chocolate is still sh**e

Me too man. It's to do with growth hormones used that increases puss and blood in the milk, this isnt filtered for some reason and that gets through into the Chocolate. Such growth hormones are banned in the UK.TRANCE wrote:Nice one! Thought I was the only one here in the UK who saw it, but salute to you, I'm well put off by US chocolate now, for ever more and good.
