Yeah, it is a bit hard to believe. A CIA plane crashing with three tons of cocaine on the other hand, not so hard to believe. Like it says on the dollar "in GOD we trust". Of course GOD being an acronym for Gold Oil and Drugs.

It seems the only real winners are these al-capone charachters,Weve wasted billions trying to stop it while those fat slugs have got even fatter.

Plus the judges/lawyers/police who have job security and large budgets to spend on expensive toys.
And the people who profit over the incarceration of our underclass.

Still, as a proportion of the population, I reckon it's less that 0.001%

Well they need someone to fill there private jails! thus completing there cycle,Why legalise when you can fine people/take bribes & simply lock them up & make money that way,Really overseas people havent a clue what goes on here! & most are far from being gentlemen here as well.
