Probably a toss up between Grey Area and Green Place. There are several other shops that I would be happy with being the only in town. The thing I like about these two shops is they change up their menus more than most so you would get more variety if it were the only shop in town.

Buy 'n' fly?, Twee De Kamer. But the que for it would be 10 times longer than the one for Anne Frank's house.

This thread sounds more like which is your favorite shop.
My take is that it wouldn't matter as long as the owners provided quality gear at a reasonable price. Isn't that what we all want from a shop, much less a buy and fly?
Think this through for a moment. If right now I owned a shop, the price of gear would more or less be set according to my competitors prices, and of course the quality. Once the competition has been removed, I can charge any price without much, if any loss of business, regardless of my shops popularity. So, does it really matter which shop would remain open? Remember, buy and fly, so ambiance, decor, drinks, etc... are irrelevant. In fact, I would have walk-up windows where the customers would be served. Awesome profit potential, not to mention being everyone's best friend. Remember, a friend with weed is a friend indeed.

Peace.
