Post by Benedict »

Hey everyone,

Me and the guys will be back in the dam in the middle of March.
Just wondering if anybody knew where I can get bubble tea while I'm away?

Thanx

Bee

I'd be surprised if anyone local had heard of that here... certainly I get strange looks when mentioning such things...

Bubble tea also called pearl tea. It is a specially frothy type of drink with chewy “pearls” or tapioca-like balls in it. The milky bubble teas can be enjoyed with dairy or non-dairy creamers. On the other hand, fruit bubble tea has a wide variety of flavoring that can be added to it - including the tastes of chocolate, coconut, passion fruit, and strawberry. You cannot call a bubble tea a real bubble tea unless it is served exactly the way it should be served.
