Great Interactive Map

Post by Old Timer »

Hi all,

I just came across this map of Centrum and thought that it was worth sharing.
At a click you can view various different places of interest (coffee shops, drink and dine, attractions, different transport routes etc.

I'm sure that at least some of you will find it useful.

Yes, I designed that map many years ago but it desperately needs updating. It all started out as a personal project but decided to share it with everyone. I had a bit more time on my hands back then when I made it, but I'm too busy now to find time to update and improve the map which I would really love to do. I may find some time to update it one day, but for now I will just have to let it ride due to concentrating on my self employed work which has priority over everthing. Thanks for the nice comments.

well when you do update the map, could i ask for just one thing to be considered?

could you please keep the old map too, maybe as a dated version accessible from the current map

i will tell you why, i just went to your map, selected the Coffeeshops option and got the map of coffeeshops ... and way up in the top left-hand corner was Pink Floyd, one of my old favorites ... when the mouse hovered over the dot, the Pink Floyd details came floating up and i remembered the shop and the staff and ... well it was a great moment

not many maps of coffeeshops will have the name of Pink Floyd on them anymore so yours is definitely worth saving ... thanks
